Men’s Cross Country: Maschack and Flynn Place in Top 20 at Cougar Classic

 

DALLAS, Pa. – With seven teams and 75 runners in attendance at the Cougar Class Saturday, Pennsylvania College of Technology freshman Nathan Maschack (Bloomsburg) and junior Daniel Flynn (Blairstown, N.J.) took 15th and 19th places respectively. Mashack ran a 30:12 with Flynn right behind him at 30:30. In team finishes, Lebanon Valley College took first place with host Misericordia University taking second.

 

Rounding out the competitors for the Wildcats was freshman William Cox (Ebensburg) who placed 72nd with a 41:23. Penn College was short two runners to qualify for the team competition.

 

Next up, Penn College travels to Penn State Fayette on Saturday, Sept. 21st for a Penn State University Athletic Conference (PSUAC) invitational starting at 1 p.m.
