Pennsylvania College of Technology women's basketball team lost 94-45 to Alfred University

ALFRED, N.Y. - Junior Kierstin Steer (South Williamsport) scored 24 and pulled down nine boards as the Pennsylvania College of Technology women's basketball team lost 94-45 to Alfred University Tuesday night. Freshman Niesha Williams (Williamsport) added nine points in the loss that drops the team to 0-6 overall.

The Wildcats hung tough in the opening minutes of the game keeping it a close 16-12. The Saxons put together some strong offense though and went into the break up 57-16. The second half was much stronger for the Wildcats scoring 39 points, but the deficit was too great to overcome.

Next up, Penn College travels to Penn State Hazleton for its first conference match of the year on Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 6 p.m.
