Men's soccer falls to Brandywine

Media, PA- Penn State Beaver men's soccer falls to Penn State Brandywine.

In the first half, Beaver had a great defensive effort by goalie Matt Fetch (Aliquippa, PA/Hopewell) and Brandywine had the offensive edge with 20 shots. One of the shots ended in a goal for Brandywine at the 24:05 mark. Beaver was only able to attempt one shot.

Brandywine opened the second half with a goal at the 48:56 mark. Beaver was finally able to answer the first two goals with a goal by Mike Biskup (Monaca, PA/Center). Beaver's effort wasn't enough to stop Brandywine from unleashing an assault on the net. Brandywine had 24 shots and scored three more times to round out the second half. The final score was 5-1, Brandywine.

Beaver's next match-up is against Penn College on Tuesday, September 24th at 7 p.m.
