ASHEVILLE, N.C. – For the first time this year, the Pennsylvania College of Technology men's soccer team did not get off a shot as it lost 10-0 to West Virginia Tech at the United States Collegiate Athletic Association Men's Soccer Championships. They are out of championship contention and will play a consolation match on Friday, Nov. 2 at 1 p.m.

Tech scored three goals in the first half starting in the 15th. After two more goals in the 18th, Penn College settled down and held strong going into the half. Freshman Tarik LaRoche (Milton) got two yellow cards in the second half, putting the team down a player and allowing Tech to score seven goals between the 52nd and 69th.

The Wildcats will take on the loser of the #3 Concordia College (Ala.)/#6 SUNY ESF match in the consolation game.
