Fayette had a slow start on their first away trip, ending the first half 32-29, going 2-13 from the three point line. The second half looked different, uping their offense to 62% for field goal percentages. Leading for Fayette was Torian Jenkins with 36 points and 7 rebounds.
Coach Andy Hedrick spoke about the game, "This was a great game for us to build character. We did not shoot well in the first half but we played defenseand hung around until we started hitting the shots we normally will hit."
Fayette will play against Saint Vincent on the road for a night game on Saturday, November 11.
