SCHEDULE CHANGES: PSUAC to Move Baseball & Softball to DuBois for Sunday Games

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Due to inclement weather, the location for the first day of the PSUAC Baseball and Softball Championships has changed. The safety and well-being of our participants and attendees are of paramount importance. Additionally, the goal is to play as many scheduled games as possible in an effort to preserve the championship format. The DuBois facilities have artificial turf surfaces.

The location for Sunday’s games will be in DuBois, Pennsylvania, providing the best opportunity to play despite the weather challenges. The baseball games will be played at Showers Field (311 Maple Avenue, DuBois, PA 15801) the and the softball game will be played at Heindl Memorial Field (11 Parkway Drive, DuBois, PA 15801). The first baseball game at Showers Field will feature Brandywine and Mont Alto in an elimination game that will start at 12:30 p.m. Schuylkill and DuBois will face off 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game. The third baseball game on Sunday will see the winner of game one vs. the loser of game two.

The first softball game of the best-of-3 series between Brandywine and Mont Alto will be played at the Rose & Dennis Heindl Memorial Field at 4 p.m.

All other details regarding the championship, including Monday’s location and times remain unchanged. We look forward to welcoming all participants and spectators to DuBois, PA on Sunday, and University Park on Monday for an exciting and memorable championship experience.
