Pitchers of the Year included the West's Mont Alto's Zach Garlin, who led the league in strikeouts with 73. Schuylkill's Ryan Culbert, and his 1.41 ERA, grabbed the East's Pitcher honors. In the circle, DuBois' Lizzy Scott earned her second consecutive Pitcher of the Year award.

Penn State Beaver's Chloe Coleman picked up Newcomer of the Year, serving as a backstop and also hitting an impressive .552 to lead the conference. Baseball's honorees were Vincent Martin from Penn State Greater Allegheny in the West, while Penn State Hazleton's Jared Joyce and Schuylkill's Owen Zimmerman shared the award in the East.

Penn State DuBois head coach Tom Calliari was named the Coach of the Year after guiding his team to a 14-1 PSUAC record, and going 23-10 overall. DuBois is the top-seed from the West Division.
