Brandywine freshman Ashlee Stritzinger has been named this week's PSUAC Student-Athlete of the Week for softball as a hitter. Stritzinger at least one hit in all four games through a 3-1 week for Brandywine.

The freshman connected on five-of-six hits, all of which went for extra bases. This accomplishment includes her first career home run, a grand slam against NCAA Division III Cairn.

The outfielder added five runs while driving in ten off her bat, including three doubles, one triple and a homer for an average of .429.

Ashlee currently sits in second in the PSUAC for runs batted in with 12.
