Shenango's Sullivan and York's Miller Each Impress in First Collegiate Meets

First year runner Faith Sullivan of Penn State Shenango made a strong debut at the Buhl Day 5K. Her time of 19:49.90 and average pace of 6:24 per mile earned her the top spot among the women’s field and placed her fifth overall. The Shenango cross Country team is back in action on Sept. 28 when it travels to Penn State Fayette.
PSUAC Men’s Runner of the Week 2
Kyle Miller, Penn State York

Second-year runner Kyle Miller was the top PSUAC runner at the Lebanon Valley College Dutchman Invitational on Sept. 7. Miller finished with a time of 28:57.2 in Penn State York’s first program competition appearance. He placed 83rd out of 200 total runners. Penn State York’s next meet take will place on Sept. 13 at Kutztown University.
