Balance Attack Lifts Lions Past Du Bois

DuBois, PA - New Kensington traveled to Penn State DuBois on Tuesday night for a Conference showdown. 

DuBois took the lead with the first basket of the game, but did not keep the lead for long. New Kensington went on an 8-0 run and never looked back. The Lion's kept the lead by 6 or more the rest of the first half. 

New Kensington started the second half where they left off, and did not let off the gas. The Lion's scored a whopping 115 points to seal the deal for New Ken. 

The Lion's high powered offense was led by Benjamin Cunningham (Woodbridge, VA) with a double-double, 32 points and 21 rebounds. Tarasi Means (Plum, PA) and Shyheim Flanagan (Breaux Bridge, LA) both had 22 points on the day. Jadyn Benson (Chicago, IL) had 17 points for New Ken, and Sammy Carey (Springdale, PA) also had a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
