PSU Schuylkill and PSU Greater Allegheny began the game at a stalemate for the first 10 minutes of the game with both teams getting good scoring opportunities. PSU Greater Allegheny broke through first in the 11th minutes to take the 1-0 lead. The rest of the half would not result in any more goals however the play was controlled by PSU Schuylkill who would have plenty of good scoring but could not capitalize. The second half began poorly again for PSU Schuylkill conceding a goal to Greater Allegheny in the first 18 seconds of the half. PSU Greater Allegheny would tally another goal to take a 3-0 before PSU Schuylkill began to make a comeback. In the 58th, Chris Fink controlled the ball on the sideline and took it deep into the box before laying a ball off for Chike Ubaka to give Schuylkill their first goal of the game. The lack of focus showed again for Schuylkill as PSU Greater Allegheny would answer that goal in the next 30 seconds to take a 4-1 lead. PSU Schuylkill did not give up tallying two more goals one by Taha Karadeniz and another by Carlos Rivera. However, PSU Greater Allegheny would score a clinching goal in the 88th minute to secure the win 5-3. PSU Schuylkill goalie Tosin Olagunju faced 18 Shots on Goal saving 13 of them. It doesn't get any easier for PSU Schuylkill who will face Penn College on Thursday, September 12th beginning at 4 PM.
