Larry Ransom, Jr. led Shenango to a perfect 3-0 week, providing the Lions a major boost into the playoff picture. Over three games, Ransom averaged a double-double with nearly 14 points and 15 rebounds a game. In his first game of the week against New Kensington on Jan. 29, Ransom tallied 13 points and 12 rebounds, plus two assists in just 18 minutes of action. Three days later Ransom poured in 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in a crucial and close game against Hazleton. In his final game of the week on Saturday, Ransom had his best performance of the week, grabbing 22 rebounds and adding 16 points in a win over Schuylkill.
