MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Despite a goal from sophomore Robyn Beddow (Lancaster), the Pennsylvania College of Technology women's soccer team lost 2-1 to Penn State Harrisburg Saturday. The Lady Wildcats outshot Harrisburg 12-10 but struggled to find the net with only four on goal. With the loss, Penn College drops to 2-3 overall.
Sophomore Reda Vermilya (Turbotville) recorded six saved in the game. The Lions netted the first two goals of the game in the 14th and 31st. Beddow cut the lead in half in the 34th scoring on a free kick.
Next up, Penn College hosts Penn State Beaver on Tuesday, Sept. 24 for a 5 p.m. match.
