Once again, Schuylkill would start fast scoring 2 run on 4 first inning hits. Schuylkill would add another run in the 2nd and hold Abington in check through 3. In the top of the 4 with Schuylkill would leading 3-0, Abington's offense would use a 2-out rally, which included a bases-loaded triple by Krysten Boyd, tying the game at 3-3. Schuylkill would retired in order in the bottom half of the fourth keeping the score knotted up at 3-3. In the top of the 5th, would take its first lead of the day on 2-run homerun by Mariellen Medernach. Trailing 3-5, Schuylkill would chip into the Abington lead on a solo homerun by Katie Fehr (Senior/Sch.Haven), cutting the Abington advantage to 5-4. The score remained 5-4 until the bottom of the 7th, the their final at-bat, Schuylkill's offense grabbed momentum quickly on a lead-off single by Brittney Barnes (Junior/Tri-Valley), Barnes would advance to 2nd on walk by Kelsey Brendle (Junior/North Schuylkill). After a strikeout by Fehr, pitcher Bryanna Snowell (Freshman/Pottsville) would tie the game with an rbi single scoring Barnes. Unable to score on a single by Alex Larish (Junior/Pottsville), Schuylkill had bases load and 1 out. Kelsey Kenney would ground into a fielder's choice where Brendle was out on force at home. With 2 outs bases remained loaded for rightfielder Morgan Aulenbach (Soph./Blue Mountain), Aulenbach would battle over a 8 pitch at-bat before drawing game-winning walk, forcing in Snowell from 3rd.
