UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Brandywine men's soccer team secured its second consecutive PSUAC crown by hanging on to defeat York 1-0 Wednesday night in University Park.
Junior Nabieu Sesay scored the lone goal for Brandywine in the 43rd minute, while freshman goalkeeper Patrick O'Neill made four saves in the shutout victory.
The win marked Brandywine's 14th-consecutive victory in PSUAC play dating back to last season, with the championship netting them an automatic birth into the USCAA National Championships where they will take on seventh-seeded Maine-Machias at 11 a.m. next Wednesday.
