PSUAC Men's Soccer Championship

On Sunday, two PSUAC men's soccer teams took the pitch at University Park in hopes of being crowned the PSUAC Champions.  #3 Penn State Brandywine faced #5 Penn State Beaver.  This was the first time that Beaver ever played in the PSUAC Men's Soccer Championship game.

In the first half, Brandywine took the lead and never looked back.  At halftime, Brandywine led 3-0 and had control of the game.

In the second half, both teams came out strong.  Again, Brandywine was first on the board and added two more goals to make it 5-0.

Beaver was able to find the back of the net to make it 5-1, but they would not score again.  Brandywine kept the lead and won the 2013 PSUAC Championship.  This is the first men's soccer title that Brandywine has brought home since 1989.

Both teams played hard and proudly represented the PSUAC.  We wish the best of luck to Brandywine as they compete in the USCAA tournament this week.
