Soccer Tops Davis Second Time Around

Justin Kurek led the Men's Soccer team with 2 goals against Davis College to leave Scranton with a 4-1 victory in Bignhampton last night. Kurek, a senior Midfielder from Pocono Mountain West, had Scrantons only goal in the first half keeping things tied up with Davis. In the second half Mid Valley graduate Scott Steblinky added a goal with an assist from Mitchell Goben. Senior Mike Blasi added another goal and Kurek finished it out with an assist from sophomore Ferman Jabbari to end the game 4-1. The next game will be tomorrow at home against Penn State Beaver on the soccer field at 1 pm!
