MONACA, Pa. - With the help of two goals from both Christopher Brennan (New Hope) and freshman Luke McFalls (New Oxford), the Pennsylvania College of Technology defeated Penn State Beaver 6-0. Freshman Tarik LaRoche (Milton)had two assists in the win that sees the team improve to 6-1-1 overall and 4-0 in the Penn State University Athletic Conference. Senior keeper David Munn (Athens) records the win with two saves.
The Wildcats scored two in the first half, with McFalls getting things started. Brennan followed with McFalls assisting on the play. Brennan opened the second half scoring with LaRoche assisting. Sophomore Jacob Tuck (Hollsopple) notched a goal after and then it was McFalls, this time from freshman Christian Dressler (Mifflintown) to make it 5-0. Sophomore Jose Gomez-Zavala (Kennett Square) closed out scoring in the final minutes of the game.
Penn College outshot Beaver 15-2.
Next up, the Wildcats host Albright College on Monday, Sept. 24 for a 5 p.m. match.
