Beaver starts out season 0-2

Marietta, Ohio---The Penn State Beaver Men's Soccer team got their 2012 season under way this past weekend when the participated in the Marietta Soccer Classic. The first game of the weekend took place on Saturday when Beaver took on the host school. The final score was 7-0 win for Marietta. Beaver then took the field again on Sunday afternoon when they played in the consolation game against Wooster. This time Beaver fell 9-1. Tyler Blake (Crescent, Moon) scored the goal for Beaver and was assisted by Mike Biskup (Aliquippa, Center).

Beaver will be back in action on Tuesday when they host La Roche College at 2 from Green Valley Park in Unionville, Pa.
