Men's Basketball win 6th game in a row

Media, PA- Penn State Beaver Nittany Lions defeat Penn State Brandywine for a conference record of 3-0.

Beaver took the lead from the start when Rob Agurs (Pittsburgh, PA / Penn Hills) made a layup at the 18:49 mark. For the first minutes Beaver dominated the court but at the 14:36 the lead would switch and Brandywine would hold that lead for majority of the half. At the 6:27, Agurs would again give Beaver the lead and they would fight to keep it through the remainder of the half with a score of 41-28. Both Agurs and Chris Weathers (New Brighton, PA / New Brighton) lead the team on offense with 14 points each.

In the second half Beaver held the lead and increased their scoring effort. Three minutes into the half Beaver would unleash an onslaught of points giving them a 20 point lead. In this half it would be Agurs and Nick Miller (Beaver Falls, PA / Beaver Falls) who lead the offense and Weathers being an asset in points and rebounds. Beaver finished out the game with a score of 94-66 and their 6th win in a row.

Beaver faces off next against Penn State Greater Allegheny next on Wednesday, December 11 with the continued momentum to dominate the PSUAC.
