VB gets swept by Glenville

Lemont Furnace, PA- Volleyball has tough go against Glenville State.

Volleyball (7-6, 4-1) had a tough game this afternoon against NCAA Division II, Glenville State College at home. Glenville was able to put up an impressive 12 blocks over three sets against Fayette, something that GSC is known for in the MEC Conference. Fayette started each set strong, but finished all three sets 25-13, resulting in a 3-0 match. Despite the loss Tyannah Eddings, libero for Fayette, accomplished 13 digs. Fayette will look on to PSUAC Conference play on Wednesday, October 4 at home against Penn State Shenango for a 7:00 P.M. start time. This week will mark Fayette's halfway point in the PSUAC season.
