Lion's Fall to BC3 in Home Opener

New Kensington- The Lions welcomed Butler County Community College Wednesday night, in their season opener.  

New Kensington fell short in the first set in a nail biter, 25-22. The Lions failed to find their momentum and fell the next two,(25-15, 25-16). 

The Lion's Emily Lewandowski and Giana Miller led the team with 5 kills each on the night, while Kayla Unger had 3 kills. Kayla Carnahan was all over the court, as she tallied 27 total digs for the match. 

New Kensington will look to get back on track this Thursday, September 7th, as Greater Allegheny travels to New Kensington for a conference showdown.
