LANCASTER, Pa. - Penn State Schuylkill won huge in an exhibition match against Lancaster Bible College (JV), 30-6.
Schuylkill totaled 25 hits on the day to go with 29 RBI's. Jake Leininger (Pine Grove, PA / Pine Grove) and Chase Herb (Hegins, PA / Tri-Valley) recorded two home runs in the victory. Patrick Ryan (Pottsville, PA / Pottsville) finished with two doubles and a home run. Owen Kosar (Shenandoah, PA / Shenandoah Valley) and Owen Zimmerman (Hamburg, PA / Hamburg) also recorded a home run while Chris Duffy (Perkasie, PA / Lansdale) tallied a double. Schuylkill scored a total of 11 times during the 9th inning.
Schuylkill (5-2 overall) will take on Cairn University on the road Wednesday, March 22 at 3:00 p.m.
