Greenville, PA- Fayette drops game to Shenango
Fayette started off only down by four to Shenango heading into the second quarter. Shenango is currently second in the PSUAC West just below the undefeated Beaver. However, despite a good first quarter, Fayette struggled to hold on, being 14 points down by the half. Fayette put up a fight in the fourth, only being down by as little as 7 points. It wasn't enough, resulting in a loss of 55-47. Despite the loss, Sophia Zalar led Fayette with 17 points and Abby Bickerton led on the defensive end with 12 rebounds. Fayette will continue on the road to New Kensington on Saturday for a 4:00 P.M. start.
