New Kensington falls to Brandywine in the PSUAC Championship

University Park, PA - New Kensington traveled to PSU Main Campus on Tuesday afternoon for the PSUAC Championship against PSU Brandywine. 

The game started like you would expect the championship to go. Both teams played excellent defense and strategically looked to score.  Finn Bethurum (Oceanside, CA) and Jake Morgan (Shippensburg, PA) made amazing plays on defense to save multiple attempts on goal. Devin Murray (Russellton, PA) had the only shot on goal for New Kensington in the first half. Kenton Knox (White Oak, PA) made a huge save in the half. The game stayed scoreless through the first half. 

The second half started the same. The game stayed scoreless until the 61st minute with a goal from Brandywine. Brandywine scored again in the 83rd minute to seal the win. 

New Kensington had an amazing season!
