Greater Allegheny's Fleming and Hartley Reel In POTW Honors

The fall season is over, so we tip-off our winter season with our first Players of the Week!

Koran Fleming, Men's Basketball Player of the Week

Koran Fleming has been a spark plug for his offense, helping Penn State Greater Allegheny jump out to a 3-0 start for the third consecutive season. He opened the year with the best game of his career by scoring 41 points and helping the team break the single-game scoring record in a 149-71 win over Butler County CC. Overall, he averaged nearly 25 points a game and made an average of five triples per game during the week. He also contributed nearly four assists and three steals per game.

Teaira Hartley, Women's Basketball Player of the Week

In her first two games of the season, Hartley has scored a team leading 53 points while ranking second on the team with 19 rebounds and five assists.

Her best game of the young season came against Butler County Community College in the opener when she scored a career-high 27 points and pulled down 10 rebounds for her first double-double of the season.
